The West Link is a railway connection in a tunnel under the center of Gothenburg. The tunnel will connect commuter rail services to routes that pass through the city, and give rise to three new stations in Gothenburg. The new railway tunnel will facilitate travelling. Train frequency can be increased, travel times made shorter and passengers can reach more destinations without transfers.
The Varberg tunnel project is approximately 3.1 km long double track railway tunnel under central Varberg (2.8 km of which are rock tunnel and 300 m concrete tunnel). Accompanied by a 2.7 km long rock service tunnel which runs parallel to the railway tunnel. Both tunnels are connected by 9 connecting bypass tunnels. The other parts of the project consist of 800 m long concrete through at the north tunnel portal, new station house, new freight yard and approximately 7.5 km of double track rail in total.
Adjustment of an extensive geodetic network, processing more than 40,000 terrestrial observations, network adjustment using our customized software, and supplementary verification with a gyrotheodolite.

Our work also continues on the megaproject of transforming the city of Kiruna. From a geodetic perspective, we have contributed to the construction of the Educational Center (Kunskapstaden), the Police Station (Polishuset), the Indoor Pool and Wellness Center (Badhuset), as well as large residential districts.
